With a Civil Engineering degree from USF, a Florida Professional Engineering license, and a Florida General Contractor license, Rooben brings a rare dual capability to every project. He’s designed highways, drainage systems, parking lots, and full land developments across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties for over three decades.
